Transforming Lives:
Education Vocational Training for a Brighter Tomorrow.
जीवन बदलना: एक उज्जवल कल के लिए शिक्षा और व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण।
We exist to ignite the spark of possibility in every child living in the shadows of our cities. Through holistic education and community support, we transform slum neighbourhoods into hubs of learning and hope.
हम अपने शहरों की छाया में रहने वाले हर बच्चे में संभावनाओं की चिंगारी जगाने के लिए यहाँ हैं।
Numbers tell the story of the lives we've touched
From a Small Spark to a Movement
Founded in 2023, Saptrishi Learning Centre began when a group of educators noticed a stark reality: while the city of Kanpur grew vertically, the children in the surrounding slum communities were being left behind. We realised that for these children, a school bag isn't just a kit — it's a ticket out of the cycle of poverty.
With your support, we turn that belief into bridge classrooms, meals, mentors and machines — the everyday tools a child needs to stay in school and imagine a different future.
In Kanpur's urban slums, children face three overlapping barriers
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To provide high-quality, holistic education and life-skills training to 1,000+ children living in urban slums by 2027.
Our Vision
An India where a child's potential is limited only by their imagination, not their circumstances.
We don't just teach — we build an ecosystem of support
How we achieve our goals, one classroom, one meal, one mentor at a time.
Bridge Classrooms
We bring the school to the slum, setting up learning centres within walking distance of children's homes.

My path reflects both intellectual curiosity and a deep commitment to human potential. My work is grounded in clinical knowledge and a profound love for children's development. I've discovered that some of the most meaningful learning happens beyond textbooks — a realisation that inspired me to develop creative, curiosity-led ways of teaching. Outside of work, I find joy in swimming, travelling and exploring cultures, especially in India, a place that continues to inspire my perspective.

The work as a driver taught me resilience, patience and the value of hard work. I dreamed of a better future — not just for my family, but for others too. Over time, through dedication, I was given more responsibility, and today I work closely with children to support their education and encourage them to believe in their potential. Outside of work, I find peace serving at temples and spending time with family.

I believe that with the right guidance, mentorship and access to resources, every child has the potential to rise above their circumstances. My goal is to equip children with not just academic knowledge, but the confidence and tools to build a brighter future. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new places on bikes — every child in the slums carries a spark, and I'm here to help turn that spark into a flame.
